How long is fulfilment time?

We take about 2-7 business days to fulfill all orders. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, please allow up to 10 business days after ordering if you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet, please note that any order can take upwards of 30 days to arrive due to this, sometimes longer in more extreme circumstances, this is more dependant on issues with local postal services and country-to-country travel bans as we always ensure to send parcels with the fastest shipping options available.

Possible delays with UK shipping, please read.

Recently, many countries banned air travel to and from the United Kingdom due to fear of spreading a new strain of Covid-19.
 This includes Latvia and Spain where our European fulfillment centers are located, which means that some shipments going to the UK will be delayed. 

Here's what you should know:

  • Our carrier partners in Latvia are organizing charter flights to the UK, so we'll continue sending out packages. Some delays are expected since the charter flights won't happen as often as regular flights did
  • As of now, orders from our fulfillment center in Spain are being shipped out as usual 
  • The order delivery estimates to the UK on our website are likely to be inaccurate
  • Note that there are industry-wide shipping delays everywhere in the world, so that might affect delivery times as well
